Therefore, We Roxane Regina are pleased to induct Duke Ronald Wilmont into out Queen’s Order of Courtesy, in recognition of his attainment of these virtues. Done this 27th day of September, A. S. 38 at the Last Court of Darius II and Roxane II in Our Barony of Dragonship Haven."
